Return and Exchange policy
Products can be exchanged within 7-10 days from the date of delivery.
Returns and Replacements are done free of cost if wrong products (incomplete sets or incorrect style), wrong sizes (size other than that ordered) or damaged products are received by the customer. For all other returns, order processing charges will be deducted from the actual amount paid. Yes
Exchanges: Items can be exchanged for a similar size or a different size in any design as well.
We request you to securely pack the products you wish to return and send the package to the same address as on the invoice of the shipment that you received. Please mark clearly “Tuna London Return” on the packaging. To return any product, please get in touch with us on ‘Contact Us’ by sending an email.Please Note:
- We do not offer exchanges or refunds on any sale, opened, or used products.
- We are not responsible for any damage after delivery.
- Please allow 1-3 weeks from the day you return your package for your request to be processed.You will be contacted once your return is complete.
- Sizes XS, 2XL-6XL are customised based on order received. They aren’t eligible for return or exchange.
- We don’t offer any refunds. If you choose to return and is accepted by our team, we will give you store credit. You can purchase any product on our website anytime.
All claims for shortages or damages must be reported through email within 24 hours.
Cancellation Rule: In case you change your mind and you want to cancel your order, do inform us through email by mentioning your order number within 8 hours of placing the order or before it's dispatched - whichever is earlier. Please note that your order cannot be cancelled once your order has been dispatched.
Please note that there may be certain orders that we are unable to accept and must cancel. We reserve the right at our sole discretion to refuse or cancel for any reason. Some situations that may result in your order being canceled include limitation on quantities available for purchase, inaccuracies or errors in product or pricing information, or problems identified by our credit and fraud avoidance department. We may also require additional information before accepting any order.
Tuna Active reserves the right to capture or charge your card to the full amount or partial authorized amount for the concerned order.
Out of Stock: Products We hope we never run out of stock and inconvenience you, but if we do, we will most certainly contact you within 2 business days to discuss how you would like the order handled. Usually, we don’t accept orders which we cannot carry out immediately.
